The Las Salinas Beach restaurant opened it’s doors for the 2010 season on March 19th.  The ideal place to go for catching the morning sun and breakfast at 9am, have a long leisurely lunch and say ‘Hasta Mañana’ at 6pm.

The menu has some wonderful new additions for you to try then lie back and listen to Jockey Club’s unique style of chilled Balearic music.

How about a little insider information on restaurants in Ibiza

sa-capella

Sa Capella is our top tip for those wanting a romantic dinner in very atmospheric surroundings, situated just outside San Antonio this old monastery is perfect.

For those of you wanting  traditional Spanish grill, done fantastically, then Janitos is the place for you.  It is on the road from Ibiza to San Joan and even has its own organic bakery.
